Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, verify, and integrate work scopes from various entities into the project plan, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project scope.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, implementing key scheduling requirements like activity coding, naming conventions, and client protocol.
- Support resource planning by forecasting labor, material, and equipment requirements throughout the project.
- Prepare progress reports and dashboards to update internal and external stakeholders on project status.
- Analyze schedule variance, float, and trends, monitoring schedule performance indicators.
- Conduct audits on schedules, including subcontractor-produced ones, and generate necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update schedule data and plans as needed.
- Assist in integrating 5D scheduling with 3D models and cost data, reporting outputs such as cash flow and sequence simulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of planning experience in major projects.
- Strong proficiency in planning, scheduling, and managing complex projects.
- Proven problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Expertise in project Planning and Scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6.
