TRS Craft Services is currently hiring a Lube Shop Technician at clients' Jersey Village location.

Job Details and Responsibilities:
 
  • Perform oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUV’s.
  • Inspect vehicles for fluid leaks, worn-out parts, and other maintenance issues.
  • Replace oil filters, air filters, and cabin filters as needed.
  • Check and top off fluid levels, including coolant, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
  • Provide recommendations to customers regarding additional maintenance services based on vehicle manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services.
  • Previous experience as an automotive technician or lube shop technician required.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and components, including engines, transmissions, and braking systems. 
  • Ability to operate automotive tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Basic Job Requirements:
 
  • Ability to meet pre-employment requirements.
  • ASE certification or relevant training is a plus. 
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.

Pay Range - $13 -15/hr DOE (To be discussed with your Recruiter)

Schedule - Flexible Schedule, Open 7 days from 8am to 6pm
