- Administrative duties including, scanning, copying, Microsoft Suite, emails, greeting visitors and getting them directed to the right person/place, assisting Health Safety Environment department as needed with clerical duties etc. In addition, basic Microsoft Excel experience is needed. Tasks specific to this position on our project include invoice reviews, material ticket reconciliation, and working with vendors/subcontractors to reconcile and pay any invoices.
