Warehouse Inventory Manager
We currently seek a high-caliber Warehouse Inventory Manager for a direct hire basis within our client’s team of experienced professionals.
Job description
Oversee the inventory levels of the business. Supervise and coordinate tasks of team members in specific production activities. Delegate production tasks of assigned products to team members, review hours and timecards, oversee, supervise and approve work and promote a safe working environment. Review assigned jobs for most effective way to manufacture and maintain schedule as required by shipping due date. Record data daily to formulate matrixes and analytical reports for aging, current and forecasted inventory for senior management. Manage the ERP system, work in progress and daily activities.

While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Employees work under typical office conditions, and the noise level is usually quiet to moderate. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage ERP system for transactions and inventory control
- Perform cycle counting while maintaining accurate inventory quantities.
- Collect data to formulate matrixes and analytical reports for various inventory reports.
- Organize and schedule all jobs assigned
- Supervise and coordinate workers
- Evaluate deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory accuracies and control procedures.
- Participate in solving problems and monitor staff performance
- Check timecards and job cards, correct time and job cards when needed
- Communicate with the Senior Management on critical task before starting work
- Work together with Production Control, Planning, and Supply Chain Director
- Any and all other duties as assigned by Senior Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have min 7 years of experience in similar role
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
- APICS certification a plus
- Understanding of ERP system and forecasting
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
- Ability to plan and organize the activities of others
- Ability to evaluate performance of subordinates
- Ability to establish performance standards and monitor them
