Area Commisioning Manager

TRS Staffing Solutions, for our client, a global leader in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Lead Commissioning Engineer (Utilities) to oversee commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Commissioning Leads and Engineers
• Prepare commissioning reports and ensure project progress
• Implement and maintain commissioning programs, tools, and procedures
• Review engineering drawings and specifications
• Organize vendor training for commissioning and start-up activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Monitor work progress and report discipline performance
• Interface with clients, project teams, and vendors

• Engineering degree or equivalent work experience (16+ years)
• Proven experience in plant commissioning, operations, and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of pre-commissioning, start-up, and maintenance planning
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera, and project management tools
• Fluent in English with strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in Water Industry, Energy from Waste, or Advanced Technology sectors is a plus
