Position: Area Superintendent for Utility Piperacks (PAR)
Location: Nysa, Poland
TRS Staffing Solutions, in collaboration with Fluor, a global leader in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Superintendent for Utility Piperacks (PAR). This role is crucial for overseeing the installation and maintenance of utility piperacks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of utility piperack projects.
- Provide technical guidance on the installation and maintenance of utility piperacks and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training sessions.
- Manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of utility piperack systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English; Polish is a plus.
