Job Description:

• Lead and supervise cableway system installations, ensuring safety compliance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, maintaining detailed records.
• Oversee daily operations, train staff, and monitor system performance.
• Plan and manage projects, including budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure safety compliance through audits, risk assessments, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cableway systems or similar mechanical engineering roles.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• ⁠Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
• Availability for on-call duties and emergency response.
