Job Title: Cableway Mechanical Superintendent
Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
Reports To: Plant and Equipment Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cableway Mechanical Superintendent with a minimum of 10 years of experience to oversee the erection, maintenance, and operation of our cableway systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, project management, and team leadership. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our cableway infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erection and Installation:
  • Lead and supervise the erection and installation of cableway systems.
  • Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to review and approve installation plans.
• Maintenance:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for cableway systems.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.
• Operation:
  • Oversee the daily operation of cableway systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Train and supervise operational staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Project Management:
  • Plan and manage cableway projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure all activities comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Implement corrective actions to address safety concerns.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring timely repairs.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cableway systems or similar mechanical engineering roles.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good level of English

• Experience with advanced diagnostic and maintenance tools.
• Familiarity with the latest industry technologies and innovations.

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
• Availability for on-call duties and emergency response.
