Civil Estimator

A well-acclaimed client engaged in design-build and construction of joint venture infrastructure projects in Canada is currently seeking to fill a Civil Estimator role in one of their GTA offices.

CIVIL ESTIMATOR (INTERMEDIATE/SENIOR) - Successful candidate shall be assigned in one of their joint venture projects.

Candidates must demonstrate and provide list of major projects related to heavy civil infrastructure works included in their resumes.

Requirements:
-Educational background in Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent field experience.
-Demonstrated project estimating experience of at least 7 years in quantity take off, cost estimation, generates bill of quantities, project analysis, understanding of construction drawings and methodologies, cost and budget, contracts associated with civil infrastructure projects.
-Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, Excel (Advanced).
-Strong interpersonal and collaboration attitude with project teams.
-There will be a corresponding project uplift on top of the base salary for successful candidate.
-This person will be required to work out of their JV office in Toronto ideally 5 days a week.
