As a Contracts Administrator you will be acting as a link between the Project Management, Engineers, etc. and you will be delivering input from the Contracts Department. Providing independent advice and assistance with the pre-qualification of contractors, preparation of tender documents, contract negotiations, commercial and technical tender assessments, evaluation and negotiation of compensation events, preparation of detailed information required for budget forecasting purposes etc. Extensive experience acting on behalf of and representing Clients is needed to perform well.
Tasks:
- Monitoring of progress, program, quality and cost/value-Identifying and implementing remedial actions.
- Construction cost management
- Resolving financial and contractual problems on projects.
- Determination and implementation of project commercial strategy
- Monitoring commercial activity on all projects
- Resolving financial and contractual problems on projects
- Preparation of regional management and financial reports.
- Agreement of subcontract and design team terms of engagement.
- Business development and relationship management
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (preferably technical degree); law degree is a plus;
- Willing to mobilize to site in Sweden;
- Proficiency in English language, Swedish is a plus;
- Skilled negotiator;
- Teamworker, good communication skills;
- Customer focused, commercial skills.
