Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, including agreements, amendments, and renewals, ensuring contracts are aligned with company policies, codes, and standards.
- Participate in both technical and commercial bid evaluation; assist Project and Engineering Managers with preparing scope, schedule, and other technical documents for the RFP process
- Oversee and manage Contract Management process on the project from Pre-Award, Post-Award through Close-Out in accordance with the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Project Procedures Manual (PPM), including claims and back charges
- Manage all contracts management activities including, but not limited to, development of individual contract strategies, Request for Proposals, evaluations, awards, contract management, claims mitigation, and project close-out.
- Facilitate positive relationships between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other parties involved in contract negotiations and administration.
- Provides general and direct supervision to the contracts team
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree within an Engineering related field. (preferred not essential)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Management within the pharmaceutical industry or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
