Contracts Manager

TRS Staffing have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts manager for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer. 
The role will see you drive contract management of high value, complex tier1 contracts to ensure contractual deliverables are met during the construction phase. 

The Role
•    Close collaboration with PM and package teams; advising on contractual and commercial issues, identifying risks and minimizing impacts to the Project.
•    Being the single point of contact for the Contractor regarding all commercial/contractual matters
•    Drafting of Employer communications and responding to Contractor’s correspondence.
•    Change management including variation orders, amendments and settlement agreements.
•    Claim management including drafting, substantiation and negotiation including offshore campaign claims; Tracking stand-by/downtimes during offshore T&I campaign, handling of extension of time and various offshore-specific claims during construction phase, 
•    Managing all commercial operations for the respective package; processing payment applications, forecasting of costs and commercial reporting to the Project.
•    Undertaking procurement tasks for the respective package during construction phase, such as additional equipment/tools/scope of work to the package, active use of SAP

Experience / Qualifications
•    Min 10 years
•    Technical background (Quantity Surveying/Engineering)
•    Solid experience in managing EPCI contracts in offshore wind
