Contracts Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

■ Work in manner that does not compromise the safety of people, the environment, or equipment.

■ Understand and abide by Safety Policies and Values.
■ Lead the implementation of Company’s procurement Policies, Processes and Procedures
■ The CS shall be capable of drafting commercial agreements for the provision of services and supply of goods.
■ The CS shall be capable and experienced in the negotiation of T&Cs for Oil Industry (MSA & CA) contracts.
■ The CS shall be able to thoroughly analyze different type of contracts for the full understanding of its clauses.
■ The CS shall also be able to extract specific clauses when needed as well as issue different types of reports.
■ The CS shall issue & manage different types of sourcing events including RFQs, Tenders, Direct Negotiations
■ The CS shall coordinate sourcing activities with the support of other departments, HSE, Operations, etc.
■ The CS shall actively build and maintain relationships with internal clients, contractors, and suppliers.
■ The CS shall be able to execute SRM activities including KPIs setting, performance evaluation meetings, etc.
■ The CS is the contracts and sourcing SME and shall be able to provide expert advice on contracting matters.

• A minimum of a Highschool Diploma or equivalent academic background is required.
• University degree/s on a related field, technical learning, and/or professional certifications are desired and preferred.
• A minimum of 6 (six) years industry experience is desired.
