Responsibilities:
- Champion safety adherence and environmental compliance.
- Develop and review project cost control management plans.
- Prepare and implement project-specific cost control procedures and guidelines that align with PPM and project requirements.
- Manage project budget and accruals, review invoices.
- Perform cost data management, develop and maintain incurred and cash flow data.
- Lead the change management processes to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate and provide assistance to the project accounting and financial teams.
- Develop monthly reports and present data and information to the management teams.
- Review appropriation requests and create graphs for incurred and cash flow.
- At least 7 years of project cost control experience, preferably in mining or related industrial sectors
- At least 3 years of project cost control experience on the project owner side.
- Degree or diploma in related field
- Experience in different stages of project (study, execution, operation, etc)
- Proficiency in cost control software such as PRISM and Cleopatra
- Proficiency in project planning/scheduling tools such as MS Project and Primavera 6
- CPA, PEng, or AScT registration
- CCP, CEP, PMP, or similar designations
