Job Description:
Location: Mumbai, Vizag, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Chennai
Educational Requirement:
• Mandatory: Graduation (B. Tech, B. E)
• Optional: Post Graduation (M. Tech, Other PG Course)
Experience Requirement:
• Minimum Years: 7-10 Years
Communication Requirement:
• English: Speak, Write, Read
• Hindi: Speak, Write, Read
• Local Language: Speak, Write, Read
Type of Projects Undertaken:
•Residential
•Commercial
•Institutional
•Hospital/Hotel
•Industrial
Skill Set Required:
• Analytical Skill: Ability to read, understand data, and draw constructive outcomes
• Solution Orientation: Strong skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Digital Awareness: Proficient in project management software and tools
• Process Orientation: Good knowledge of developers, abreast of current infrastructure
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leadership: Should possess good leadership skills
• Awareness of Standards: Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
Responsibilities:
• Developing new clients.
• Meeting and converting new clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
• Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure organizational objectives are met.
• Analyzing prospective clients in the PMC sector for financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Preparing reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Promoting the company’s services.
• Participating in meetings and providing updates on project status.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Awareness of agreements and contractual obligations.
• Keen to travel and explore new territories.
