Support the Diving Dept with document control.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Control the numbering, filing, sorting, retrieval and archiving of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects, client or subcontractors in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Monitor and review documentation and communications submitted to, and received from the client/subcontractors and ensure that document submittal request are followed up and closed out.
- Monitor and evaluate systems and to look for improvements
- Co-ordinate with HOSC and client’s different departments
- Upload documents into Client’s database system
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Diploma
- At least three to five years as a document controller
- Fully conversant with MS Office and web applications
- Understanding of offshore operations will be preferred
