We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E&I Superintendents to oversee the electrical and instrumentation aspects of our green steel plant project in Boden, Sweden. The successful candidate will ensure that all E&I activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Coordination: Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of electricians, instrument technicians, and other support staff. Provide technical and supervisory support, guidance, and mentoring to the contractor construction team.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect work performed by the team to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper functioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of E&I projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues. Provide technical support and expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including tools, equipment, and materials. Ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that resources are used efficiently.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and review reports on project progress, safety incidents, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Coordination and Communication: Liaise with other departments, project managers, and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.


Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the EPC industry. Experience with large-scale industrial projects is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working on green energy or sustainable projects.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
