Electrical Engineering Manager 

We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Manager to join our Client on an exciting pharmaceutical plant expansion project. This is a contract role which will require five days a week onsite based in Hillerød, Denmark. 

This is a supervisory position for a construction engineering group on a large construction project. Responsible for assignment of construction engineering duties, coordination with the design engineering office, management of the Project Document and Data Management (PDDM) department, and any subcontractors related to construction engineering functions. 

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the project construction engineering department, which provides construction engineering and technical support to the project
• Establish and execute the construction engineering program, which includes the exchange of engineering information among the client, design engineer, and company project
• Requisition project materials, equipment, and services on some projects
• Interpret the intent and requirements of the design documents and information
• Perform technical administration of contracts
• Maintain working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for a project
• Staff the construction engineering department with qualified personnel required to support the project
• Coordinate construction engineering activities with other project departments
• Provide guidance to, as well as training and development of, construction engineering personnel
• Monitor the performance of project construction engineers against specific expectations
• Establish and maintain effective communication between the company and design engineering to ensure the timely flow of design documents and information

• European Passport 
• Electrical Field Engineering Background/relevant qualifications 
• Willing to relocate to Denmark for the duration of the contract
