Job Description:

• Lead and oversee the installation of Flake Ice Plants, Water Cooled Plants, and Air-Cooled Plants, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve installation plans.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, managing refrigerant gases.
• Diagnose and resolve electromechanical issues, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure safety compliance through audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electromechanical systems, with specific experience in Flake Ice Plants, Water Cooled Plants, and Air-Cooled Plants.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• ⁠Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
• Availability for on-call duties and emergency response.

Preferences:

• Experience with advanced diagnostic and maintenance tools.
• Familiarity with the latest industry technologies and innovations.
