Electromechanical Superintendent

Job Title: Electromechanical Superintendent - Cooling/Ice Plants
Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
Reports To: Plant and Equipment Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Superintendent with extensive experience in the erection, maintenance, and operation of Flake Ice Plants, Water Cooled Plants, and Air-Cooled Plants. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erection and Installation:
  • Lead and oversee the erection and installation of Flake Ice Plants, Water Cooled Plants, and Air-Cooled Plants.
  • Ensure all installations meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve installation plans and specifications.
• Maintenance:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all plant types.
  • Diagnose and resolve electromechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate detailed reports.
  • Managing the refrigerant gases (R404 or similar)
• Operation:
  • Supervise the daily operation of Flake Ice Plants, Water Cooled Plants, and Air Cooled Plants to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train and manage operational staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Monitor plant performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Project Management:
  • Plan and manage projects related to the erection, maintenance, and operation of the plants from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure all activities comply with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any safety concerns or non-compliance issues.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electromechanical systems, with specific experience in Flake Ice Plants, Water Cooled Plants, and Air-Cooled Plants.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good level of English

• Experience with advanced diagnostic and maintenance tools.
• Familiarity with the latest industry technologies and innovations.

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
• Availability for on-call duties and emergency response.
