Position Overview: Fluor Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team for a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignment in Płock, Poland. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brownfield projects and interface management. This role requires a commitment to a 2-3 year assignment, with a preference for local candidates due to language requirements, although western candidates are also considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering teams on brownfield projects.
- Oversee interface management between various project stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on brownfield projects and interface management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Polish is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Płock, Poland for the duration of the assignment.
