Equipment Coordinator
Summary
Reporting to the Project Site Manager, the individuals will be responsible for material planning, purchasing, expediting and logistics with strong skills in administration, planning and computer abilities.

Summary
Reporting to the Project Site Manager, the individuals will be responsible for material planning, purchasing, expediting and logistics with strong skills in administration, planning and computer abilities.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Ship and Receive Equipment to and from Site
- Complete receiving reports and install Decals for Equipment delivered to site
- Update data in the Client on site management programs
- Issue Parts Purchase Orders
- Work closely with local vendors and dealerships for planning
- Coordinate with Client Site Management to address overages, shortages, damages deficiencies and other material related issues as they arise
- Generate documents, organize and manage files, and maintain tracking data and reports
- Maintain the highest ethical standards of Material Management professional responsibility
- Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
- Other duties as assigned
