Our client, a globally leading EPC, is looking for a Field Engineer on an initial one-year contract outside IR35. The role of a field engineer is to provide technical expertise, ensure accuracy in construction and address engineering challenges.
Major responsibilities:
- Manage field activities and implement engineering designs
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors to determine needs and explain complex issues
- Draft and submit reports
- Responsible interpreting technical specifications, maintaining the projects Request-for-Information and Technical Queries Logs
- Verify design compliance and perform inspections activities assure that the facility systems are delivered in compliance with the contract and project requirements.
Experience and qualifications:
- Must have an EC&I background
- Relevant degree or certifications
