General Superintendent

A world renowned general contractor company with offices across main cities of Canada is working on a joint-venture construction project of close to Billion$ value is seeking a General Superintendent for one of their infrastructure projects in Vancouver.

This role is more suitable for someone who has been exposed to road works, utilities, permits, and has the ability to multitask. Multitasking experience is the key with strong market connections locally.

This role is divided into 4 segments which include: dealing with permits, utilities, roads, and traffic. Someone who can wear many hats, familiar with all of these processes, and able to work on these segments at any given time.

Requirements:
-Construction Management certificate.
-At least 15 years of experience in heavy civil, infrastructure, transportation, bridge and roads, and structural works.
-Involvement in capital and operational budgets, asset management and infrastructure lifecycle, health and safety, structural construction, inspections, and project management.
-Strong managerial experience and ability to deal with stakeholders at different levels.
- Able to work independently.
