Recruitment:
- Support the recruitment and selection process for our client's construction projects.

Onboarding:
- Ensure all teams enter the construction sites with a valid permit, or
A1 document.
- Ensure local registrations are completed correctly, such as Danish Tax numbers
- Align with Project Admin to make sure minimum required trainings are organized
- Schedule training for new team members (i.e. timesheets, Company training portal,
Expense Reports, Policies, etcetera).
- Coordination of relocation questions and activities on a local level (housing,
permits, vehicle, local registrations).
- Alignment with Company Global Mobility concerning pre-mobilization requirements.
- Coordination with Global Relocation Company for mobilization and demobilization flight
arrangements.

Human Resources:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other
issues.
- Support current and future project needs through the development, engagement and
motivation from the project teams.
- Assess training needs and discuss this with project management and org. unit
manager.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources.
- Manage the manpower planning/staffing plans aligned with project management.
- Develop and implement HR Job Bulletins on site.
- Project HR Focal point for HR in home offices i.e. Gliwice, Amsterdam, Farnborough,
Greenville.

Demobilization:
- Ensure permits and EU-registrations are terminated correctly.
- Coordination of demobilization questions and activities on a local level (housing,
permits, vehicle, local registrations).
- Alignment with Company Global Mobility concerning demobilization requirements
- Coordination with Global Relocation Company for demobilization flight arrangements
