You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective HSE plans and procedures aligned with Danish legislation and EPC company standards.
- Conducting regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Providing ongoing safety training and awareness programs for project personnel.
- Monitoring and reporting on HSE performance metrics, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.
- Investigating incidents and accidents, recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including client representatives, contractors, and authorities.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HSE Advisor in the construction or pharmaceutical industry.
- Rights to work in the EU or UK
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience working within an EPC environment is a plus.
