HVAC Design Specialist
Location: Greenville, South Carolina
Type: Contract

Responsible for preparing HVAC 3D models of advanced complexity. Preparing 2D HVAC drawings and/or schematics both from the model and for systems/elements which are not modeled. Conduct reviews of model using S3D review platform and create S3D models of advanced complexity.

Accredited two (2) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twenty (20) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty-two (22) years if non-degreed.
Industrial and commercial HVAC duct design and system layout/arrangement experience and 3D HVAC modeling experience using Intergraph Smart 3D (S3D) software
*Must be proficient with Revit*

You must have HVAC experience in the design of systems on Department of Energy (DOE) regulated nuclear projects. Knowledge of commercial availability and cost of HVAC materials.
