We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instrumentation & Control Engineer Manager to join our client in Calgary, AB! The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of instrumentation and control engineers.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of instrumentation and control systems.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in the development of project proposals and bids.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering.
  • Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems design and implementation.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation is preferred.
