Your Mission:
As an Interface Manager, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact between multiple contractors, design teams, and client representatives.
- Coordinate and manage all project interfaces to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor timelines, communicate risks, and mitigate any potential delays across teams.
- Ensure that technical, commercial, and operational requirements are aligned between different project functions.
- Work closely with project management to maintain a high standard of collaboration and project progress.
- Report regularly to senior management on interface coordination and potential challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Interface Manager or similar role in large-scale construction or industrial projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English & German (must have)
