Job Objective:
The Interface Manager for Offshore EPCIC Projects is responsible for managing and coordinating the interfaces between various project components, teams, and stakeholders. This role ensures that all interfaces are seamlessly integrated, issues are resolved promptly, and project objectives are met. The Interface Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration across different departments and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
• Proven experience in interface management or a similar role within the oil and gas Industry.
• Strong understanding of project management and integration processes.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Confluence, Jira).
• Experience with [specific systems, technologies, or projects relevant to the company].
• Advanced knowledge of interface management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with Offshore EPCIC Project, especially in Subsea cable project is a plus.

Education & Professional Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience:
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, preferably in offshore projects and at least 10 years’ experience in EPCIC projects.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies for managing interfaces between different project teams, systems, and external stakeholders.
• Identify, define, and document interface requirements and dependencies.
• Facilitate regular interface meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and address issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all interface-related matters.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and coordination.
• Provide regular updates and reports on interface status, issues, and resolutions. • Identify and address interface-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
• Work closely with relevant teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Monitor and track the resolution of interface issues to ensure they are effectively managed.
• Maintain comprehensive records of interface agreements, requirements, and changes.
• Prepare and present interface status reports, including progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure all interface documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Ensure that interface processes and deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
