Here is an exciting opportunity to join an Engineering Consultancy in Calgary as an Intermediate/Senior Document Controller! You would be working within a growing team with projects worldwide. The successful candidate for this role will be managing the full document control process of all drawings and documents for the entire project life cycle.
Job Duties:
- Proficient in managing Sharefile/Sharepoint sites, Aconex, Bluebeam, and skilled in Microsoft Office/Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail and diligent in verifying all project documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of project documents and the entire project lifecycle from FEED to DE.
- Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- At least 5-10 years of document control experience
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- High level of precision and attention to detail.
