You would be at work within a growing EPCM/construction firm with projects worldwide and joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. In this very exciting role, the qualified individual will report to the Technical Services Manager. The qualified candidate will be assigned to the construction team in support of installation of scaffolds and interface with other subcontractors. The Scaffolding Coordinator will act as the focal point for scaffold scope in construction team; ensuring that construction requirements are made known and promptly supported by other functions.

Job duties:
- Ensure that scaffold design process is being adhered to Peri scaffold system and ensure that all scaffolding adhere to all federal and provincial scaffold regulations
- Monitor path of construction, work face planning’s 30/60/90 lookahead schedule, and Level 4 schedule, and forecast overall scaffold requirements
- Responsible to maintain, monitor, and track inventory levels of scaffold across site and report on scaffold KPIs to Technical Services Manager and Construction Manager
- Construction Coordinator will participate in constructability review session and workface planning scope review sessions for planning efforts and provide necessary supports considering cost and schedule.
- Evaluate change requests and interfaces with the contract administrator for the initiation and development of contract modifications

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Construction Supervision preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of progressive Construction experience
- Craft certification, training, and experience appropriate for assignment scope.
- Basic computer and software skills to include the Microsoft Office software, Navisworks, and Smart Plant Review.
- Strong interpersonal, listening and communications skills, capacity to build trust among internal and external stakeholders.
