Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Leading the design and development of instrumentation and control systems for various projects.
• Project Leadership: Overseeing project teams and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Technical Analysis: Performing technical analysis and calculations to support design decisions.
• Compliance: Ensuring designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Documentation: Preparing detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Client Interaction: Meeting with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Site Visits: Conducting site visits to assess project progress and resolve any on-site issues.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical problems during the design and construction phases.
• Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to ensure the integrity of I&C designs.
• Innovation: Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.

Expectations:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control engineering principles and design software.
• Analytical Skills: Well-developed analytical abilities to solve complex engineering problems.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
