Job Offer: Lead I&C Engineer
Location: Nysa, Poland

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Leading the design and development of instrumentation and control systems for various projects.
- Project Leadership: Overseeing project teams and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Technical Analysis: Performing technical analysis and calculations to support design decisions.
- Compliance: Ensuring designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Documentation: Preparing detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Client Interaction: Meeting with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Site Visits: Conducting site visits to assess project progress and resolve any on-site issues.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical problems during the design and construction phases.
- Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to ensure the integrity of I&C designs.
- Innovation: Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
Expectations:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control engineering principles and design software.
- Analytical Skills: Well-developed analytical abilities to solve complex engineering problems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: High personal culture, ease of establishing contacts, and teamwork.
- Stress Management: Ability to perform tasks under time pressure.
