Lead M&E Construction on International Projects as a Package Manager! (Austria rotation)

A leading civil and infrastructure company seeks a seasoned M&E Package Manager to join their team in Austria. This exciting role offers the chance to lead construction activities, manage teams, and contribute to high-profile projects on a rotational basis (17 days deployed, 4 days back in your home country).

Location: Austria (with rotational deployment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in tendering, preconstruction, and construction phases of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) packages.
• Gain a thorough understanding of project objectives and ensure successful delivery.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team to achieve project goals.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress with up-to-date programs, providing clear and timely direction on construction and budgetary targets.
• Develop tender programs into workable construction schedules.
• Oversee the Site Management Plan, ensuring its implementation and adherence.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, maintaining a comprehensive Risk Register.
• Manage changes to scope, requirements, and personnel effectively.
• Monitor progress against cost plans, schedules, and quality/environmental plans.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and maintain positive working relationships.
• Develop strong subcontractor relationships, enhancing the company's reputation within the industry.
• Manage the M&E design process to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by Management.
• Uphold the company's core values in all daily activities and behaviors.
