Job Description:
- Should have experience leading a team of Business Development in GCC, African and other international market with hands on expertise in Tendering and Bidding process
- Should have experience in collection of information on the ongoing and future opportunities in the GCC, African and other international market.
- Should have acquaintance with the key officials with Customers, Vendors, subcontractors, local representatives of the GCC, African and other international market.
- Should have through knowledge on the custom/ export duties, local laws, taxes, duties, etc. of the GCC, African and other international market.
- Should have through knowledge of export sales, transactions of foreign trade, etc. of the GCC, African and other international market.
- Should have acquaintance with the local laws, key officials with Customers, Vendors, subcontractors, local representatives of the GCC, African and other international market.
- Core area experience in Estimation & Engineering for Substation should be for minimum 6 to 7 years for Substation Projects from 132 KV to 400 KV level including development of SLD / Substation Layout and arriving at the BOQ quantity estimate for the bidding purpose.
- Should be conversant to independently arrive at the bidding stage Tender quantities for engineered Lumpsum items like Earthing, Hardware, Cabling, GIS Bus duct quantity etc. after developing of the Layout / SLD in AutoCAD.
- Candidate should be able to understand and analyze the Bid Technical specification requirement for both the System and also equipment vis a vis the OEMs’ technical offer received in relation to preparation of our technically complete and competitive bid for a Substation tender
- Candidate should be conversant with AutoCAD operations
