TRS Staffing Solutions has opportunities for a Marketing and Communications Administrative Assistant to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Project Manager and supports the whole project team.
- Editing and issuing documents (e.g., engineering specifications, technical decision memos, data sheets, reports, etc.).
- Formatting and uploading documents to in-house system.
- Organization and management of client’s meetings, assisting in interpreting.
- Preparing minutes of meeting.
- Manage and update social media platforms to enhance project visibility.
- Develop and distribute marketing communications materials, including newsletters and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Support staff with travel, accommodation, and other arrangements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to support project goals.
- Assist with event planning and catering.
- Perform other clerical duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Office Administration
- At least 4 years of experience working in similar capacity
- Advanced level in Word (styles and formatting) for creating polished documents and presentations.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Team player and can do multiple tasks
