Our client is a leading construction and engineering firm dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. Our team of professionals is committed to excellence in every project, ensuring high-quality results for our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Technician to join our team near the Los Angeles, CA 90045
Position Overview:
The Marketing Technician will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by executing various marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction and engineering industry. This position requires a creative and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
- Create, edit, and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and website.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Support the planning and execution of press release, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and project managers, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and other public relations materials.
- Manage customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
