Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams of Mechanical technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee all aspects of mechanical construction, including installation, fabrication, testing, and commissioning.
• Interpret and execute complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Identify and proactively resolve technical issues and ensure timely correction.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments including engineers, surveyors, and project managers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction personnel and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. (preferred not essential)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in piping engineering within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
