Are you an experienced Offshore Installation Manager with a proven track record on FPSO assets? We are seeking a dynamic leader to take overall responsibility for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of a major offshore production facility in Equatorial Guinea.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary offshore team, drive operational excellence, and play a critical role in maintaining world-class safety and production standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with offshore HSE standards.

• Lead and mentor a diverse offshore workforce, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Serve as the senior company representative offshore.

• Ensure effective incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action implementation.

FPSO Operations Management

• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the FPSO through departmental leadership teams.

• Maximise production uptime while maintaining asset integrity and operational excellence.

• Coordinate production, maintenance, engineering, marine, and safety activities.

• Drive effective planning, scheduling, and execution of offshore work scopes. 

Operational Excellence

• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) systems, risk assessments, and control of work processes.

• Ensure compliance with applicable maritime, class, flag state, and environmental requirements.

• Lead management of change activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Promote cost awareness and operational efficiency across all departments. 

Essential Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Offshore Installation Manager.

• Significant experience working on FPSO facilities.

• Strong understanding of offshore production operations, maintenance, engineering, and safety management.

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary offshore teams.

• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance safety, operational performance, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree or HND in a relevant discipline; OR

• Master Mariner Unlimited; OR

• Chief Engineer Unlimited certification.

Additional requirements:

• Offshore survival and emergency management certifications.

• OIM emergency response qualifications or equivalent.

• Medical fitness for offshore work.

• English proficiency at professional level.
