Shift: 8am to 4:30pm (Flexible to work OT if needed)
Pay range: $24+/hour (DOE)

Objective:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Operations Support Representative to play a crucial role in supporting client's Rental Fleet Service Department. As the Operations Support Representative, you will focus on various key areas, including work order controls, mobile mechanic scheduling, procurement of repair parts, and spearheading customer recovery cost initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Rental Fleet Service Department to ensure smooth work order controls and efficient management of service requests.
• Schedule mobile mechanics effectively, optimizing their availability and ensuring timely response to service requirements.
• Facilitate the procurement process for repair parts, ensuring seamless availability and timely delivery to support fleet maintenance.
• Take a leading role in implementing customer recovery cost initiatives to improve cost management and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Offer ongoing support to assigned clients, projects, or regions, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Analyze complex problems and propose independent recommendations in alignment with organizational objectives and guidelines.
• Efficiently organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Take ownership of work assignments and execute tasks delegated by management staff.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
• Promote and uphold client's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
• Demonstrate and apply core skills effectively in the job role.
• May require occasional business-related travel.
• Exhibit strong attendance and punctuality.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A recognized four-year degree or its global equivalent in the relevant field of study and at least three (3) years* of related work experience. Alternatively, a combination of education and directly related experience equal to seven (7) years* may be considered for non-degreed candidates (specific local requirements may apply).
• Proficient communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Possess job-related technical knowledge relevant to the role.
• Familiarity with applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Working Conditions:
• The role is primarily based in a favorable indoor office workspace.
• May require occasional visits to project worksites or vendor/client facilities, which might involve temporary office spaces, moving mechanical parts, vibration, high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme temperatures, and high noise levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Three (3) years of experience in the domestic and international construction equipment industry, with a background in sales, customer service, service, or procurement.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including word processing, email, electronic presentation programs, and strong spreadsheet skills.
• General knowledge of tools and equipment, with specialized extensive knowledge in specific tools or equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to track down information and source appropriate solutions.
