PDDM Lead

Our client is a major player in the infrastructure construction industry and are seeking a PDDM Lead to join their team in Windsor, ON. In this role you will coordinate project document and records management service for the project from start to finish and provide direct support to the Design Build Construction Team.

Key Job Duties:
• Control the intake, filing, and issuance of project-related documentation
• Keep documents secure and stored within the project document repository environment
• Create a classification and document naming system to efficiently manage, locate, and store documents
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure consistency and accuracy of project records
• Deliver project transmittals, and submittals

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate with relevant experience
• 5+ years of document control experience
• 5+ years of industry-related experience required
• Proficient with MS Office suite (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Previous experience with construction design build documentation is preferred
