To perform Project Control, Planning and Monitoring for any activities such as Construction & Maintenance, Diving, ROV and Survey operations. To assist and support the company's offshore & marine in the preparation of tenders, and more specifically the drafting schedule / execution plan / Expense and Project template and report. Track equipment, personnel, and other Project expenses to ensure they remain within budget. Keep accurate records of all costs and report any processes that have the potential to cause cost overruns.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and develop schedule / plan / Execution plan (level 0 to 4)
- Optimize and propose alternative method to reduce lead time
- Update schedule as per business requirement, monitor progress, manhours, expenditure and issue reports as required
- Identify and highlight any delay / critical path / risks related to scheduling activities
- Track Analise and control costs related to the project
- Forecast expenditures / Prepare planning budgets
- Allocate cost codes and Track man hours
- Keep Project team informed of expenditures/budgets
- Prepare and submit financial reports as and when agreed upon
- Provide weekly and monthly S Curve reports.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting and issue associated minutes as required;
- Liaise and support with onshore and offshore operation team on a day to day basis.
- Ensure safe operations while minimizing our impact on the environment by means of complying with occupational QHSE standards;
- Ensure that all interfaces with relevant parties including partners, subcontractor, suppliers, client, 3rd parties are correctly managed;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Finance
- 5 to 10 years experience in similar position
- Fully conversant with MS Office / Excel / Power Point / Power BI / Project / Primavera and web applications.
- Oracle applications
- Project Management tools
- High degree of understanding of project management practices
- Good understanding of Quality Management Systems, such as ISO 9001
- Good of mechanical, stuctural, and SURF is a plus
- Understanding of Diving and Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and Survey operations is a plus
