Due to the recent award of a number of major, world-class projects, my client is now in an exciting period of significant growth, and seek a Project Controls Manager to work on a mega project based in Farnborough
This is an excellent opportunity with a leading organisation within the Energy & Chemicals industries with excellent prospects
In return you can expect an attractive Base Salary + package and opportunity to work overseas if you wish to in the future.

You will have knowledge of the following:
Develop and maintain the Project controls program execution across all locations to ensure consistency in procedures,
Develop and maintain progress and performance, schedule, and cost baselines for the project;
Provide timely Performance Assessments for all Project Controls Personnel;
Responsible for all aspects of the Change Management program and system;
Responsible for timely and accurate cost and schedule forecasts using established Fluor practices and processes;
Responsible for timely and accurate financial forecasting for Project(s);
Provide timely variance analysis and an early warning to management on critical or near critical activities;

You must have experience of:
Proven results of good Project Controls structure and execution on mega EPCM Projects
Working as a Project Controls Lead on a mega project.
Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships
Recruiting and developing team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working for major EPCs such as Bechtel, KBR, Fluor, Foster Wheeler etc.
