Job Title: Senior Project Manager-Civil

Location: Gujarat

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) constructions and manage all associated civil and finishing works. This includes blockwork, plastering, painting, road works, hardscaping, soft scaping, retaining walls, compound walls, clean room and dry room works, and reinforced concrete construction (RCC) for buildings. The role extends to the testing and commissioning of the entire plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage PEB construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee all civil and finishing works, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage road works, hardscaping, softscaping, and the construction of retaining and compound walls.
• Supervise clean room and dry room works, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee RCC for buildings, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
• Ensure the successful testing and commissioning of the entire plant.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing industrial or manufacturing plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of PEB constructions and civil/finishing works.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing plant construction.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
