Key Responsibilities:
- 3 Dimensional and visual inspection of parts manufactured within the factory or from subcontractors.
- Dimensional and visual inspection of form tools, jigs, and fixtures (as and when required).
- Complete & maintain work packages and QC documentation.
- Generate CMM programs from models for blades measuring.
- Scan parts for reverse engineering.
- Report deviations and assist in identifying appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain records of final dimensional inspections.
- Safely and efficiently operate all inspection tools and equipment.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in visual and dimensional inspection of CNC precision parts in a volume production environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC manufacturing processes, including accuracy and repeatability.
- Ability to read, write, and understand CMM programs and analyze dimensional reports.
- Proficiency with shadowgraphs and other inspection tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while adhering to safety standards.
