What you'll do:

• Become a tunneling pro, managing subcontractor payments efficiently to keep the project on track.
• Be a coding whiz, ensuring all records are properly authorized and categorized.
• Champion cost control, supporting the client with pricing variations.
• Collaborate with the best, providing commercial muscle to the project delivery team.
• Data whiz? Perfect! Generate reports and payment applications to keep everything running smoothly.
• Reconcile like a boss, ensuring monthly records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Be an ambassador for our company values in every interaction.
• Safety first! Contribute to a strong health and safety culture on site.

Who you are:

• A qualified Quantity Surveyor with a thirst for challenge and circa 2-4 years experience.
• An NEC contract guru, understanding the ins and outs of these essential agreements.
• A clear communicator with a knack for building strong relationships.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Methodical and detail-oriented? That's a big plus!
• Previous experience in Quantity Surveying (ideally with a main contractor or subcontractor) is a must.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical works will put you a step ahead.
