We are looking for a Scaffolding Supervisor to join our Client on an exciting pharmaceutical plant expansion project. This is a contract role which will require five days a week onsite based in Hillerød, Denmark. 

Scaffolding Supervisors are responsible for coordinating all activities related to scaffolding within a project. They monitor the work of scaffolding teams and ensure that all practices adhere to safety regulations. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and allocating work to the scaffolding crew.
  • Inspecting scaffolding materials before and after erection.
  • Ensuring the stability and safety of scaffolding structures.
  • Conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans.
  • Maintaining records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance work.
  • Training new staff on safety protocols and proper scaffolding techniques.
  • Liaising with other project supervisors and management to ensure that scaffolding plans align with project timelines and objectives.
  • Supervising the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
  • Auditing and inspecting existing structures to confirm compliance with safety standards and structural integrity.
  • Problem-solving on-site issues related to scaffolding.
