Our client is an innovative, employee-owned consulting engineering business that specializes in the design and delivery of engineering solutions for clients in the Transport, Roads & Highways, Property, Ports and Marine, Water, Renewables and Defence sectors.
They are highly renowned for their collaboration with leading contractors, architects, planners, financiers, and government agencies, to create projects that make a difference to people’s lives.
The Role - Senior Civil Engineer:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a civil engineer to join their established team and participate in a range of projects across the project life cycle from planning, detailed design, construction support to asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed design & technical expertise across all stages of the project lifecycle utilising best practice methodologies.
- Delivering variable packages of work independently and in collaboration with the civil and other inter-disciplinary teams
- Deliverables preparation and scope management throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Input to engineering studies, analysis, and calculations, including the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and material take-offs
- Managing effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
Qualifications & Experience:
You will be responsible for contributing to various projects, delivering innovative and technical advice and designs on a broad range of projects for transport, urban redevelopment, and highways, among others.
- Exposure to developing civil designs across a range of projects within transport and urban infrastructure.
- Understanding of civil practices with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, managing and maintaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with industry-related software such as 12D is highly desirable.
- A passion for continuous improvement, quality and improving service for the clients.
