Location: Ottawa, ON

Type: Full Time, Permanent

TRS is seeking a full time Senior MEP Cost Consultant for an international consulting firm that specializes in the institutional, commercial and infrastructure sectors in Ottawa, ON.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and cost management procedures.
• Assist in Business Development opportunities by researching and working with Directors to construct new work for proposals.
• Prepare Construction Cost Estimate reports at all stages of design for various industries and participate in Life cycle costing, resource forecasting and financial management.
• Managing Cost Variances and process improvements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Cost Control experience
• A university degree in Construction or a related field
• Membership in a relevant professional organizations (i.e. RICS, CIQS, AACEI).
• Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset (i.e. MRICS, PQS, CCP)
