Senior HR Strategy Manager

The HR Strategy Manager is pivotal in creating a high-performing and future-ready workforce. They are responsible for designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that elevate the company's capabilities and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop a long-term HR strategy aligned with company's strategy and business goals.
• Develop workforce plans, talent acquisition strategies, succession plans, and employee engagement strategies.
• Monitor industry trends to recommend HR strategies that will keep company at the forefront of HR practices within the industry.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Conduct regular assessments and benchmarking of compensation and benefits structure.
• Develop and implement cultural integration initiatives to align with company's strategic direction.
• Lead people-related change management initiatives and track progress.
• Review and manage periodic updates of HR processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of leading successful strategic HR initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Skills in HR strategy, HR management, learning/training, talent development, organisational design and management, HR law and jurisdictions, project management, communication skills, and leadership.
