These personnel will assist Legal VP and senior legal counsel(s) by managing autonomously a vast array of legal subjects and will supervise the Legal Analyst(s) and interns.
Areas of Accountabilities
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and following contracts with suppliers, service providers, clients.
- Supervising the Law Analyst(s) with regards to all their work and especially ensuring the renewal and maintenance of the company’s licenses and permits.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and other documents.
- Preparing and filing documents with courts and government authorities.
- Perform, and supervise the Legal Analyst(s) and intern(s) in the performance of, the organization and archiving of the documents related to completed and ongoing cases/projects as well as other relevant documents.
- Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes.
- Management of the external lawyers/consultants.
- Advise internal departments related to local regulations and compliance.
- Assist and/or perform important duties regarding the Company’s corporate acts and documents and the Company’s governance.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelors law degree or equivalent.
- Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Accountability commits to business objectives accepts responsibility.
- Decision making & team working, and ability to work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and ethical behavior.
- Ability to navigate situations with legal and ethical considerations.
- Creative problem-solving to address legal challenges and find practical solutions.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in legal documentation.

- At least 12+ years’ experience in a related field with 5 years working experience as a legal counsel.
