We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a consultancy company on an upstream oil and gas project. The position is a contract role based in Milan, Italy.
Role Overview: Provide Mechanical Engineering expertise to ensure regulatory compliance, asset safety, reliability, and efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining asset integrity, leading mechanical maintenance, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and maintain critical assets and protective systems.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules and improvement plans.
- Manage CAPEX and maintenance budgets.
- Provide technical support for mechanical work and ensure safety compliance.
- Lead and motivate mechanical maintenance teams
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven industrial experience in the petrochemical or equivalent manufacturing sector.
- Full right to work in Italy
